Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the OAuth app "PrivateAgencyVPS" handles Google account data. The operator is a private individual (contact: hugundlach@gmail.com).

Who uses the app?

Only the owners of the connected Google accounts themselves. The app serves three known users (two personal AI agents and their administrator). It has no public users, no registration, and no web interface for data use.

Which Google data is accessed, and how?

• Gmail (read/send/modify): Reading and answering email on direct instruction of the account owner, by that owner's own AI agent.
• Calendar: Viewing, creating, and modifying events on instruction.
• Drive / Docs / Sheets: Reading, editing, and exporting the account owner's documents on instruction.
• Contacts (read-only): Matching names and forms of address in personal notes.

Storage and disclosure

The app processes and stores user data exclusively on a privately operated, self-hosted server (VPS) owned by the operator. Stored items are Google OAuth credentials (access/refresh tokens) and work artifacts produced during operation (email drafts, documents, notes) inside each agent's private working directory.

No user data is sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. No profiling or advertising takes place. LLM API calls for text processing are made through the AI provider used by the operator; the text content required for the respective instruction is transmitted to that provider as part of the prompt.

Retention and deletion

Authorization can be revoked at any time: via Google (account settings → "Third-party apps with account access"), which invalidates the tokens, and by deleting the locally stored token and work files on the operator's server. Upon simple request to the operator (email is sufficient), deletion is additionally confirmed.
